Daryl Stewart, a partner at Remote Ops Solutions, brings over 16 years of expertise in customer support and sales operations. In his senior leadership roles at AT&T, Daryl excelled in managing several BPO partnerships in the Philippines, overseeing an offshore team of over 800 in Manila and consistently surpassing key performance indicators. Daryl played a pivotal role in launching AT&T call centers in Las Vegas and Mexico City.  He developed innovative training programs like “Minute to Win It” and “Carwash,” significantly boosting customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. His strategic insights at AT&T transformed customer support into a profit center, driving revenue growth through a “resolve and offer” strategy. Daryl graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and is a member of the Sigma Beta Delta honor society. At Remote Ops Solutions, Daryl’s expertise in managing customer care centers and offshore operations ensures exceptional service quality and operational excellence for our clients. He will reside in Manila to oversee operations there.

Backed by a Juris Doctor and a Master of Arts in Global Affairs and Management, Jacob continues to drive growth through cutting-edge strategies for remote operations.

Nahom is a young and dynamic professional with over seven years of experience in Ethiopia’s business landscape. With a background in marketing and development agencies, he has honed his skills in building and managing teams, while fostering excellent client communication. His specialty lies in project management and team development, allowing him to lead projects with both efficiency and innovation.
