Job Description
- Receive students, guests, packages and letters;
- Answer phone calls and direct calls accordingly;
- Receive and sort incoming electronic mails;
- Encode student details and leads in the database;
- Assess and check student documents;
- Assist Education Counsellors in submitting institution and visa applications;
- Update student status at every stage in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system;
- Invoice payments;
- Maintain student manual and virtual files;
- Maintain the resource library and ensure that materials are all up to date;
- Assist in the logistics for offsite events;
- Look after the overall cleanliness of the office premise;
- Manage part-timers and maintenance personnel;
- Assist in any adhoc task / project as assigned.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any field;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Good command in English;
- Strong Microsoft Office / computer knowledge;
- Team player and willing to learn;
- Keen attention to details.
