Job Description
  • Receive students, guests, packages and letters;
  • Answer phone calls and direct calls accordingly;
  • Receive and sort incoming electronic mails;
  • Encode student details and leads in the database;
  • Assess and check student documents;
  • Assist Education Counsellors in submitting institution and visa applications;
  • Update student status at every stage in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system;
  • Invoice payments;
  • Maintain student manual and virtual files;
  • Maintain the resource library and ensure that materials are all up to date;
  • Assist in the logistics for offsite events;
  • Look after the overall cleanliness of the office premise;
  • Manage part-timers and maintenance personnel;
  • Assist in any adhoc task / project as assigned.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any field;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Good command in English;
  • Strong Microsoft Office / computer knowledge;
  • Team player and willing to learn;
  • Keen attention to details.
