About the Role

As an Executive Assistant (Client Management), you will be at the forefront of client interactions, ensuring their needs are met and projects are delivered seamlessly. You’ll act as the bridge between our clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication, timely execution, and client satisfaction. Your ability to manage multiple accounts, foresee challenges, and identify growth opportunities will be critical in helping us expand our business.


What you’ll do:

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of clients.
  • Understand client goals and objectives, translating them into actionable project briefs for the team.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet client expectations.
  • Manage client expectations and provide regular updates on project progress.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for account growth and introduce additional services where relevant.
  • Handle day-to-day client inquiries, addressing issues promptly to maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring they have a positive and productive experience working with us.


What You Bring:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in account management, ideally within a digital or creative agency setting.
  • Open to experienced Executive Assistants or Virtual Assistants (minimum 3 years), particularly those with client-facing and client management experience.
  • Ability to support C-Suite and executive leaders through effective collaboration and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating clarity and confidence in presenting ideas.
  • Proven track record in managing multiple projects and tasks concurrently, with strong prioritization skills.
  • Preferable understanding of digital marketing and web development principles.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a client-first mindset, consistently striving to exceed client expectations.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage complex projects while prioritizing client satisfaction.
  • Quick to understand complex ideas and capable of simplifying them for client communication.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaborate when needed to achieve team objectives.
  • Quick learner with enthusiasm for growth in a dynamic, young company environment.
  • Willingness to work within Australian Eastern Daylight Time schedule (weekdays).
