- Track changes in auction status and confirm if the property is still available.
- Perform initial research to identify if properties fit investment criteria, focusing on vacant lands and residential homes.
- Perform skip tracing to retrieve owner contact information for selected properties.
- Make outbound calls to property owners to confirm the accuracy of data and gauge interest in selling or additional business opportunities.
- Transfer qualified leads to the client for further engagement and closing.
- Track follow-up actions for leads that require further attention or re-engagement.
- Set appointments with qualified prospects for client to close deals.
