  • Verify contact information and update records based on skip tracing results.
  • Pre-qualify leads by confirming property information and assessing client interest.
  • Identify properties scheduled for auction and determine if they meet specified criteria (e.g., property type, location).
  • Track changes in auction status and confirm if the property is still available.
  • Perform initial research to identify if properties fit investment criteria, focusing on vacant lands and residential homes.
  • Perform skip tracing to retrieve owner contact information for selected properties.
  • Make outbound calls to property owners to confirm the accuracy of data and gauge interest in selling or additional business opportunities.
  • Transfer qualified leads to the client for further engagement and closing.
  • Track follow-up actions for leads that require further attention or re-engagement.
  • Set appointments with qualified prospects for client to close deals.
